Registration Policies

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for withdrawals from the league prior to 30 days from the start of the season. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day deadline.

Exceptions:

• Medical withdrawals may be considered for a partial refund with appropriate documentation.
• League cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may result in prorated refunds.

Discounts for Coaches

• Head Coaches will be reimbursed for one child per team coached.
• Assistant Coaches that attend at least 75% of practices and games will be reimbursed 50% for one child per team coached.

Recommended team size depends on the age level:

--Field Lacrosse--

14U: 16 - 22 players

12U: 16 - 22 players

10U: 12 - 16 players

8U: 12 - 15 players

6U: 6 - 10 players

--Box Lacrosse--

14U: 12 - 15 players

12U: 12 - 15 players

10U: 12 - 15 players

Team sizes may be adjusted as needed. Everyone in HPYLA gets to play!
