Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Crown and Feather Fall Clinic

If you cancel your booking more than seven days before the event, you will receive a full, 100% refund of any payments made. If you cancel seven days or less before the event, the payment is non-refundable.

Field Lacrosse

Full refunds will be issued for withdrawals from the league prior to 30 days from the start of the season. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day deadline. Exceptions: Medical withdrawals may be considered for a partial refund with appropriate documentation. League cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may result in prorated refunds.

Box Lacrosse

Refund Policy Full refunds will be issued for withdrawals from the league prior to 30 days from the start of the season. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day deadline. Coaches

All fees incurred gaining coaching certification will be refunded by the Hopkins Park Lacrosse Association

Team Managers/Board Members

There is no fee to join as a Team Manager or Board Member.
